Spiritual direction (also known as spiritual counseling) provides a setting for individuals or groups to set aside time to pay attention to the inner voice. Do you feel like you just need someone to listen? Do you want to process decisions or gain clarity? Have you been meaning to enhance your spiritual life but don’t know where to start? Meet the Spiritual Director
Dwayne Hess has been a teacher, mentor, peacemaker and leader for several decades. He is a graduate of the Kairos Spritual Direction Program. He grew up in a Christian tradition, but values and appreciates other traditions as well. Dwayne is interested in working with anyone who wants to devote time to doing inner work no matter what the issue or background. He has a special place in his heart for the LGBTQ community and resonates with issues of racial justice and social justice. Baltimore, MD is home.
